Sorry for digging up an old subject but does anyone know what the overall progress of the upgrade of 319 exchanges announced by Eircom back in April 2007 is ?

i.e. How many of the 319 upgrades have been completed and how long before the remaining upgrades are completed ?

Dont have the exact answer to your question, but the Kildalkey (Meath) exchange was upgraded to DSL capable in July, as per schedule.

Annoyingly 2 different biddys at Eircom told me different things regarding the max speed I could get based on line quality in the area. Initially was told 1Mb (!) then 5Mb.
