Please be careful when posting as to not give away endings!

So i came in late last night and wasnt tired so decided to watch a movie before bed. A friend had given me a copy of "Sleepaway Camp" a while ago and I never got round to watching it so figured it was worth a goo.

Its a pretty mediocre, murder by numbers, 80's pyscho killer horror flick. Nothing exciting. however then i get to the end scene and holy shoite, wow, the ending was so out there and unexpected i had to watch it again!
The noise she makes, the look on her face, the big reveal, jaysus!

The film is poor, but its worth a look just for the ending alone!

It got me thinkin about other horror movies with mental or unexpected endings. The first that sprung to mind was obviously "Society", A tongue in cheek 80's horror movie where a teenager reckons his whole town are aliens. The ending is really disgusting and, well, mental!
"I'm going to punch you a new asshole!"

The final flick I will mention is Cronenberg's "Scanners". While the ending isnt as unexpected as the previous two, it is a bit mental, dragged out yet wildly entertaining!

Any others? Note i have steered clear of recent films like The Mist and The 6th Sense as they have been talked to death already on the forum.

    The Swarm.
    Turns out
The ants were aliens... or being controlled by aliens. I dunno. There was no mention of aliens until the very end when a big blue ray of light just flies out of the cave and everyones saying, "Wow, aliens".
