Has anyone got any? I've looked and plan on doing the 1st two with the FAI but what is actually needed to become a full time coach in England etc.?

there is no minimun requirement for coaching but to be realisitcally considered at a top club UEFA A or B licence I would say.

go to your clubs website and if it has a bio of the coaches it should indicate the level required, Liverpools coaches are all uefa A iirc. but remember having the badges doesnt guarantee you a job either...
