Sensor Cleaning Methods

Maybe a good way to elicit some discussion...

What's everyone's preferred method of sensor cleaning? I usually use a Rocket Blower for general cleaning, but will sometimes use a liquid method (Sensor Swab) to get stuck-on dirt.

I was thinking of going for something like the Arctic Butterfly, which is a self-cleaning brush.

Same as you Helios. Blower and swabs with Eclipse.

The AB seems to be one of those things that divide the photographic world like the UV filter. Some swear by them and some swear at them! Pricey though, that's one thing that's not open to opinion!
