GIS and Topo Mapping

    Hi Folks. I was wondering if anyone could help me. Im trying to construct a topo map and Im looking for a good free program that can bulk imput my data as points and then I can manually "join the dots" . The data I have is in the form of "Name, Lon, Lat, Ht and Codes". Any help would be greatly appreciated. I simply do not have access to the laptop with the installed expeinsive software. The points are saved as a basic .txt file or .tsv file.
