Where can I get Voice changing equipment for the radio?

I do a radio show, and I want to get some equipment that i can hook up to the sound desk, that would allow me to put effects on my voice for prank calls and stuff. When I say effects I mean, Lowering the Pitch, echo... Etc... Please Help me.
