eircom broadband starter problem

    hi guys
    just realised that there is no rj45 port on computer to plug in patch cable for broadband only usb ports is there a converter or an alternative option with eircom

    You can buy a network card for around €10. You'll need to remove your PC's cover to install but it's very easy.

    Failing that, you can buy a wireless adapter for €30+ that utilises USB (2.0).

    If it hasnt an ethernet card it may be an old pc with only usb 1 on it - the ethernet card really is the best option if you can manage it.
