2nd Sky Account and Cancel to use Card for Setanta?

Hi Folks. As per different thread all conventional methods of getting Setanta on my fta box have failed so this is my last throw of the dice!

Can I phone Sky and set up a 2nd account with them for my fta box?
I would obviously have the equipment and not looking for any special deals with boxes etc...

If so,what is the minimum sub.amount and the length of time I would have to be with them before I could cancel the sub?

I could then use this card for Setanta alone...

Any feedback appreciated.

yes u can ring up sky.. Pick up the phone and ring them.

The thread you refer to was viewed over 600 times so there is obviously a bit of interest in the subject. This is a slightly different angle of looking at the same problem and should be a closed thread fairly quickly.

Sky contracts are all 12months
They may have an issue giving u a second account, they might think you are gonna post the card abroad.

Best thing to do is ring them and ask. They will have the last say on the matter.

Does not get away from the fact that should have just carried on with the existing thread. Maybe one of the 600 would have the answers you need.
