    Hi,
    I noticed here: http://www.carbonactionireland.ie/analysing.htm
    That excess carbon emissions cost us €23/tonne.

    I am just wondering if that's accurate and if there is any official source for this information.

    Also, am I right in assuming that it's a metric tonne (=1000kg)?
