    Hey

I was in a hospital in dublin january last year over nite with a fractured wrist. A couple of weeks after, i began to get this red itchy rash down both sides of my nose on my face. It seems to flare up some days and other days its kinda mild. At one stage for a few weeks i used bactroban and that totally cleared it up until i stopped using it. Lately its getting more red and pronounced and i'm very concious of it. I was at the doctors before with another problem and mentioned it. She said its probably a thing called Rosay. I'm not so sure, i think i definately picked this up in the hospital. I noticed also i get dry skin in and around my ears since.

I was taking Diafene and paracetamal at the time.

Anybody had a simular thing or any suggestions would be great.

    Thanks

    Patrick

    Hi Patrick,

No-one here can diagnose you. It's not safe for us or you, and it's not what the forum is for. If you have a medical problem you should seek proper professional advice.

Hope you get it sorted though.
