Numb Toes

Just wondering if anyone experiences numb toes when running?? Have noticed that the toes on my left foot start to go numb after about 4 miles. Thought it was to do with my laces being too tight but have conciously been tying them looser but its still happening. Might be time to change the shoes...

Anyway good luck to everyone running on Saturday - hoping to make it round in 90 minutes but the weather forecast isn't looking too favourable at the moment.

Could be a number of things, My guess would be

    1. over tight laces
    2. Impact , do you run on your toes or heal? you may need a runner with better support.
