    Source

Seth Green, Breckin Meyer and the Oscar nominated Robert Forster have all joined 'Heroes'. Well, Seth Green and Breckin Meyer are apparently close to finalizing a contract while Forster has already been cast (I know who he plays.. but won't spoil it!)

Three excellent actors - and Breckin Meyer needs a break after those 'Garfield' movies! :D

    Cool....

I think Seth should play the whole part using his Chris Griffin voice (from Family Guy).

Doesn't alleviate my suspicion that this show is getting made by focus groups.

All these guys are very 'in' right now. Or were five years ago.

Are all TV shows not made using focus groups?

Some more than others, I'd imagine.

think it'll take more than that to turn around the complete pile of crap that was season 2. And come on, seth green a good actor? Is that a joke.

He's a good comedy actor, yes!

And more than held his own in Buffy.

Sounds good but will they be playing serious roles or are they in it to add a bit of comercial value to Heroes?

So your original post shoudn't have read, "Three excellent actors", more like "two has beens and one that can hold his own on kids TV".

    Pfft!

Since when is Buffy "kids TV"?

And you should have more respect for the EXCELLENT Robert Forster. Guaranteed you'll be eating your words when you see his performances in 'Heroes'.

Granted, Robert Forster's a good one alright. And potentially great casting for the part he's playing.

I really could do without the other two though. But we'll see... I'm still just keeping extremely low expectations after Season 2.

What good is a great actor if it's a terrible script? I'll keep my words warm until I see it and then we can decide if you want to eat them or if I'll end up doing it.

Being a B5 fan the Heroes Season 3 casting I'm eager to see how it plays out is Bruce Boxleitner.

That would be great if it's true, but how reliable is that source?
Bruce Boxleitner, best known for his character on the Star Trek show, Babylon 5 has joined the cast for a secret role.
    Blasphemy!

His name is credited in the official press release for the 1st and 2nd episodes of season 3 anyways.. so he's a definite!

Either way Heroes is on probation with me. They'll have to do pretty effing swell to renew my interest.
