    Just thought I'd warn people about this crowd. Back in May I ordered the Robocop R1 Anniversary edition from them. Principally because they were selling the Steelbook version.

    After a month and a half of a wait the DVD arrived. To my horror the case was badly bent consistent to it being stood on. I contacted them and after another lengthy delay they finally got back to me.

    Strangely they asked for the case on its own to be returned and for me to keep the discs.

    After another two month wait they finally got the case but are now asking why aren't the discs with the case:rolleyes: They say they aren't sure they can replace it as there's none in stock.

    I think it's a disgrace they have ignored my pleas for a refund and also some of the delays I've had to endure. Please please think twice before using this crowd.

    *edit* Can anyone tell me whether its against the law for them not to give me a refund for damaged goods?
