IBB speed increase

Has Ibb increased there speeds ive got the 3mb dsl but it is at 6mb at the moment i was just about to change over to bt as i can get the up tp 24mb were i am but just might stick with Ibb as i dont no what bt will be like On a side note my torrents still going slow :mad:
