What is everyone's favourite plugins? Which ones do you use most often/find most useful?? What eq and reverb do you use? Have you ever came across a worthwhile or interesting free plugin? Is there any plugin that you would highly recommend?

Sonnox eq is unbeatable either as a "fixer upper" of problems or as a very powerful creative eq. First plug on every track for me at mix time. Next would be URS channel strip pro.
For a free plugin, Massey tapehead is phenomenal. He started developing it for au format (for logic) then ran into problems so is now giving the beta (which works fine) for free.

Beta bugs plugs are great freebies too.

Logic 8s compressor is awesome too and is sort of free with logic. The real power of it is hidden under the little disclosure arrow on the bottom left of the plugin window. Here you have a mix slider so you can do parallel compression without using a bus. Just squash the hell out of snare in opto mode, add a bit or "output distortion" then mix under the uncompressed snare to taste.

    I love Reaktor 5.

    Always wild & lively :pac:

Lots of FX - Lots of synths - sound manglers & drum machines.

    Freshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

EDIT +1 for PSP Vintage Warmer
