I have been pick pocketed

I was going to name this post something else but i would probably get banned for cursing and being racist.
Anyway, some foreigner tried to pick pocket me today. I was in a Q when in walks some little foreign midget man and stands besides me. I reckon he only came in to steal and i just happened to be there. Anyway i felt something leave my pocket, (i didn't even feel his hand in my pocket). He tried to steal my wallet. I turned around and hit him and verbally abused him calling him every name under the sun, then he drops it and walks out.

How can someone go so low ???

i agree with the statement that he was pick pocketed.

in the short period that the wallet was not in his pocket and in the other guys hand he was pick pocketed.

Just because he got it back a few seconds later it does not mean that it was not removed from the pocket.

Still it was a well deserved hitting and abusing. Might make him think twice the next time he does it.

You should have put on a disguise and followed him around and try and put yourself into a position that he tries to pickpocket you again.
Then you get a chance to hit him again. :pac:

so much wrong with the original post. all i have to say, is that you dont have to be foreign to pick pocket. its been happening in ireland for years before any foreigners came in. you seem to have another agenda here i think.

- don't leave your wallet in your back pocket, bulging and noticeable with a neon sign above it saying "Free Wallet".

- Don't ever queue in a line with foreign people, especially small ones. They're fast, but cannot take a smack in the head if you're quick enough.

Bull****. Why should he leave out details of the event or the person who did it? I remember a thread in motors where someone was driving up the Knockmaroon hill (that's a fairly steep hill with a blind bend in Dublin for you non-Dublin lot) and there was a car stopped in the road. It was a scam where the woman driver let on she couldn't get her car started again. The OP left his car running while he tried to help her get it started and a guy comes out of nowhere and tries to rob the OP's own car. The OP copped on in time and stopped them from robbing his car.

It was posted as a warning to anyone else who might fall victim to the same scam on the Knockmaroon hill. A description of the car was given and of the two scammers but wait a minute :eek::eek::eek: the OP said the two people were black! Shock horror! People bandied about accusations of racism iirc.

If you have to deliberately leave out a very important part of a criminal's physical appearance when describing them for fear of offending someone's delicate sensibilities, then the PC thing really has gone too far.
