MSI wind or Advent 4211 battery !

    Hi is there anywhere I can get a spare battery for my advent 4211 ?
    Just want it for backup.

    The 6-cell batteries will be for sale from around the end of August. www.msiwind.net would be the best place to check.

    6 Cell battery is now available from www.supergps.co.uk for £ 50.00 inc vat del extra. I just got 2 for a pal & self. They are well made fit well and kick up the back of the machine which corrects the tipping back that can happen with the 3 cell battery. We also upgraded RAM to 2 Gb for £ 16.99 + p&p from Laptopcomputersetc on ebay. A nice icon for your tray will show the amount of ram available from ramidle.com.

    how long did it take to be delivered?

    Edit: Deliver is only £4.70 as well which aint bad

    I know the threads a month old but I reckon this is the best place to ask - what sort of battery life improvements have you noticed with the 6cell compared to the one that comes with it?
