Best place to stop for food -Ennis to Dublin

Since i regularly drive from Ennis to Dublin - i was just wondering does anyone have any recommendations on where someone can stop for half an hr for some good grub. Today i stopped in the Tipperary Inn in Toomevara and got some breakfast - it wasnt bad but the sausages were very bad.

I was in the restaurant in the Kildare Village Outlet earlier this year and got a lovely meal there and it's just off the motorway, so not too far out of the way. Don't do Dublin-Limerick very often, so sorry I can't be more help.
