I stayed at The Gateway in Ballymun last year and commuted into DIT Kevin ST every day, this year they raised their rates, deposit, and demand payment in two instalments, which isn't an option I'd like to take (Or can afford to), and considering the quality of the accomodation I want to find somewhere else.

I'm used to a 1 hour+ commute so anywhere within that time frame commuting wise is perfect, I'm looking for a room, don't mind how many people I'm sharing with but I don't really want to share a room.

If anyone is looking for a flatmate or has a space available, PM me and I'll send you any information you need/want.

I'm planning on living in Dublin full time from this year onwards so full year leases and agreements are fine.
