    Don't know if postign this in correct are but just want to know does anyone have an tips on getting an appetite back! Ive never been huge eater but past month i've had alot of bad news in my life and have no desire to eat! I took the vhi bmi test and am under weight! I current weigh just under 7 st and for 5'3, slim 20yr old female thats not good!

    So all advice welcomed...

    Went through that for a while. Going back to the gym really helped. Though if it's a lot of bad news it might just pass as things get less difficult to deal with. Though going to the gym will help with that too.

    Exercise shud improve appetite and mood. Also indulge in eating your favorite foods/treats for next few weeks.
