    It was for the Cobh Peoples Regatta that was on over the weekend.

    Was watching the display from my bedroom window - was pretty impressive alright. The organisers were very lucky with the weather last night.

    Although not quite the same ................. being at the top of the hill anywhere in Cobh that overlooks Cork Harbour is fabulous on New Year's eve, as you can see Flares/Fireworks going up in various points throughout the harbour i.e. Cork, Crosshaven, Aghada, Roches Point - you won't get a better viewing point. J
