    5 person house near cit 4 rooms currently taken by 2nd and 3rd year girls for college year sept 07 to june 08. need 1 more person or the landlord is threating to not give it to us and find 5 other people to live in it so totally freaking out at the moment
    the house is 7min walk from cit situated in kenley its a big housing estate near cit and fas. all the bedrooms are spacious have a nice kitchen and sittingroom with a large garden out the back of the house.

    the house is 90euro a week and 400 euro deposit up front the last month(may) you dont have to pay any rent.
