    Hi Guys,

Probably been asked a hundred times before so apologies in advance, but can anyone help on where to find the rates for importing a crewcab from the UK?

I read someplace they're not commercially rated any longer but the ROS site doesnt seem hold the details of any of them ?

    Thanks

    FBP.

 dont listen to terrontress ,

The Ford Ranger is probably the worst example of a crew cab on the market!

toyota or nissan are the only ones worth looking at !

If they are goods vehicles 50 euro is the correct rate.

that 50euro vrt thing is a bit of a myth..any crew cab will be 13.5%..

the only pick ups that are 50yoyo are the 2 door ones with temporary seats.

€50 applies to the King Cab versions - the ones with only 2 doors.

also, the Ford Ranger may not be the best crewcab out there as a product - but it represents excellent value on the secondhand market - they can be bought quite cheap in the uk and parts are cheap too.

the Ranger can be bought with a good spec so there are some good second hand ones out there at good prices. The L200 is dog awful although a 4wd option is good as 2wd tries to put all the power down through the rear wheels which can be awful when you have no load on. Toyota is very expensive but has the Top Gear cachet.

Ahhhh.... Thanks muchly for all the replies..

13.5% VRT makes one'o these in my price range.. (4500 Sterling Max).
Had a nice one on autotrader, 3900 but gone already :( ....

    Will keep a lookout tho.

L200 deffo not worth it tho, wot about the Navara ?

    Thanks

    FBP.
