    Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has studied the BA with Oscail? I have just registered to do History, Psychology and Sociology(1st yr). The required reading lists have several books on them(especially hist) does anyone know do I have to buy all these books or is it sufficient enough to get them from the library. Also could I get 2nd hand books(and where) or would they not be up to date?
Sorry I'm clueless, any suggestions and advice welcome!!
    Thanks

Don't panic about getting all the books before you start. Your course units will provide plenty of reading for you. As soon as you get your password and details for Moodle, just log on and you will find plenty of students selling their books. I have also managed to find some of mine in the second hand dept in Chapters, Parnell St.

i have checked and for college books, its not much cheaper to buy onine most of the time. hodges figgis have a shop in DCU and stock all books.
