    Tefal Quick Cup
    Cost 45e
    Kildare village outlet
    Home and Cook

I have been keeping an eye on these units since thier release - They have had a few teething issues, such as spitting hot water and the hot water system failing. The units in Kildare have been recalled from shops and tested by tefal QA. Once tested they are resold as new, but are boxed in a brown box instead of the tefal box, but they still come with the instructions and warrenty etc.

Yep, I got one there about 6 weeks ago, and for €45 they are great job, if you drink alot of tea/coffee. However I think the filters are quite dear, but we don't bother using it.

I had one of these for a while. They don't make the water hot enough for a cup of tea in my opinion. I don't drink coffee so I can't comment on that.

They are noisey like a train and the first piece of water it spitts out isn't boiling, so I throw that part away. Makes a fine cuppa after that.

they don't boil water, just make it very warm... so it doesn't work for tea... there are lots of problems with the product
