RAID 0 - not booting

    Hi there,

    Hoping for some assistance here.
I am working on a machine that was extremely slow to run. It is a dell dimension 9150, 3 GHz, 2Gb RAM with 2 Sata hard drives set up on RAID 0. I removed a lot of spyware etc from the machine and it froze. On rebooting it gave a BSOD giving error codes on the hard drive and suggested chkdsk. Chkdsk from recovery console gives error "the volume appears to contain one or more unrecoverable problems" I would imagine that the data on the disk are ok but the raid configuration is corrupt.

Any suggestions on how I can get this RAID back working?

Looks like I'll have to rebuild raid and restore the image.

Easy and less time consuming solution is to reload the OS as you could spend days and not work out what is wrong!
