Where to get a license to grow WEED ?

    The three were charged with cultivating cannabis plants without a licence under the Misuse of Drugs Act and were also charged with failing to produce a valid passport or equivalent documentation.
    So if they were charged for "cultivating cannabis plants without a licence", it must mean there is such a license, so you got to wonder how would you get such a licnec2???

    I wonder is it like a driving licence where if you use the weed in an incorrect way, ie, you smoke it, you get penalty points...

    If you want to grow just do it but keep it small (perhaps a stealth grow if you're in college?). Check out thc.ie for all your needs or if you're from navan just drop by their shop :D
