hey, Im a male 20 year old with a small problem.
In the past few years i have faced a problem with has killed my sleeping patterns.
since i bought a laptop and wireless wouter i have been going to sleep later every nite. it used to be about 3.30am id switch evrything off and nap but as time went on its got later and later. In general i now sleep about 5-6am.
this is really affecting my work as i often have to get up early.
i dont even do anything really i just cant sleep unless i have sat online for a few hours.

    anyone have anyone advice?

It may have to be an option.

Find somnething else to do..,ore energetic and productive.

Why do you "need" to be online, what doe it give you that you cannot find normally?

Do some physical excercise in the evenings, game of astro, join a gym,go for a run etc etc instead of sitting in front of a screen all night. You will naturally fall asleep earlier

Staying up late on pc 1 or 2 nights at weekend is ok but good sleep and phyiscal exercise is vital to good health, otherwise you might end up a zombie .

I was kinda drunk when i posted that but its pretty much true.

My sleeping pattern is pretty screwed up anyways as i am out every nite with mates socialising until about 2am, once i get home i sit on the net for about another 2 hours and only then can i clear my head and finally sleep.

I hate staying at home and do alot of driving around.
This hasnt been a problem as i have a job that generally doesnt need me up that early, but in about two months i start college and dont want to flake out.

i mainly use the net to chat to friends and visit my regular sites.
I get alot of exercise daily during the day and am pretty healthy otherwise. I just feel most awake around 11-1am.

thanks for the advice so far. hopefully it should be a bit more coherent now.
