I have bought a lot of stuff on ebay, have the paypal account set up but I have never sold anything. Just looking for a bit of advice. I want to sell a 1964 book with coverage of JFK's visit to Ireland. I have seen something similar on ebay for over €100. What starting price should I use, do I have to sell if it does not reach that price or can I put a reserve price. With the Kennedy interest would I be better putting it on ebay.com ?
    Any advice would be welcome.

yes u can put a reserve on it but think u pay extra listing charges for it, also if your gonna post it on ebay.com make sure u charge enough for postage especially if someone in america buys it.

Also if it goes for a bit of money offer only register post just in case they claim they never got it.

Regarding starting price the lower you start the cheaper it's on fees but make sure you put a reserve.

Also fees are to be paid to Paypal for receiving money.

You could also get some friends interested ;) on the book and get them to bid on it, that way you know it won't go for less than you expect to receive.

Sell at the price you would be happy to accept - This does not mean you partake in shill bidding (as suggested above).
