Yale alarm questions

    Hi there ,
    Wondering if anyone here has any experance with this .

    I have a yale wireless HSA3800 I have it connected to a pabx that I have and both the alarm and the call facility work perfectly .

    Now I have just purchased a yale HSA 6080 remote keypad which is says will work with the HSA3000 series .

    so when I go to add a device Im told to hold a button on the device down .. which I have done ...and nothing happens .. not even a peep from teh keypad or the alarm ...

    Any ideas ? .
