I'm looking for the plastic reservoir for an Mercedes ATE master cylinder, yes I broke it taking it off:mad:. Mines on a W115 automatic but I think they were also on 108s, 123s 116s, its white with 2 tanks, 2 sender units and one black cap. Anyone got one or tell me where theres a scrapped old Merc?

    Did you get sorted ?

No, its defied all attempts at repair, It held together with Araldite for 24 hours, long enough for me to discover that left rear caliper bleed nipple has sheared off in the past and same caliper is sticky, I'll probably break something if I ever get round to taking it off.

    and I just been offered a freebie 92 Merc 190 1.8

I've a w123 for spares - reservoir is on it which you can have. From memory it matches the description of your one.

Yeah I was gonna say it should be failry common. My '64 car seems to use the same type I have seen on many 1980's cars.

Use some PlusGas on the nipple, let it soak and use an easy out on it. Presumably its the caliper on the exhaust side ?

BTW I have someone looking for a good RHD W114/W115 automatic if anyone knows of one !

Blue - I've a pair of W115 rear calipers too, complete with bleed nipples if you're interested. When taken off the car one was sticky, the other fine. Could be false economy and troublesome to renovate them, or it might work nicely.

That's not the same as the ones fitted to any w123 that I have seen.
