    Last nite I went to bed as usual except that I had a few glasses of wine before I went. I falls off to sleep but just remembered this second that I came in my sleep. Hard. Ive just sat bolt upright at my desk eyes a poppin' at the memory. Id completley forgotten.

    Im a girl and I didnt think that we could do this. I thrilled today!

    This really isn't a personal "issue" as such.

    But yes, using meditative techniques, combined with breathing, visualisation, movement and sound you can have as many and varied orgasms as you want.

    OP I'm sure you've heard of wet dreams. And so therefore you'll know that its possible to have orgasms when you're asleep.

    I never heard of anyone having them using just their mind while awake but I know of a man who bends spoons!:D

    This happened to me twice in life as well. Woke up by I was coming and the hands were nowhere near. So must be possible :)
    I don't know how it can though :D
