I just got a phone call from Limavady Borough Council - I won second prize in their photo competition for tourism in the borough with this...

I took it in June when I was visiting relatives in the area. It's at Roe Valley Country Park between Limavady and Dungiven.

I didn't have my tripod with me so took my jacket off to rest the camera on a small wall.

Cool.

The picture itself isn't fantastic but then again maybe they weren't looking for an over stylised photo but a more natural shot.

It's a tourism thing so they wanted photos depicting the local attractions. I just sent the unmodified jpeg from the camera.

Thanks all. The hiace does spoil the photo. I got £50 for second prize - worth 2 sales at my normal photo library.
