    Hi Everyone,

I've just received my planning permission and am about to start looking for a builder
to build a 2300 sqft in West Cork near Dunmanway.

If anyone has any experience about how to go about finding a good builder please post here.

If you have any recommendations then please send them by PM.

I have already got timber frame quotes ranging from approx. 40 to 60.
I will be also be knocking an existing house but will be keeping gardens, driveways, well etc.

    Any help appreciated.

    Regards,
    CorkSat.
