    Hi All
Just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with SA? I have been looking at a jap import there for a while but am a bit dodgy about 'flash harry' (my dad's words!) dealerships. :D
I do plan to bring a mechanic/check auction sheet for grade/probs etc.
The guy I was dealing with seemed honest enough... but then again he is a second hand car salesman! ;)
    Any opinions??
    :)

I bought a car from them a few years ago. The car was bang on the sales staff were a little strange I have to say.

Only problem I had was that they were supposed to forward me a second key for my car which never arrived despite countless phonecalls.

i was out there recently looking at the same car. decent prices and he was giving me a ridiculously good trade in price on my car (considerably more than i got selling it privately) but in the end i didnt take it due to the amount of celica's on carzone, id never get rid of the thing

I bought a VVTLi Celica from them in February of '07. Salesmen were pretty sound, unlike some of the other salesmen from import dealerships who seem to have learned their trade by watching Swiss Tony clips.

I got a decent deal on it. About 1k off the price and leather seats put in as well.

Although, as walshy said above me there, there is a sickening amount of Celica's on carzone at the moment and it took me nearly 3 months to get rid of mine.
That could also work in your favour though.
As a benchmark, 10k for a well kept '00 model would be a start.
