Can anyone recommend good ergonomic mice/keyboards?

Anybody use any mice off the below site?

I've used the microsoft natural keyboard for the last 8 billion characters and like it. :)

I have an old one (at home) and a fancy new one (office). Wouldn't ever use a normal keyboard out of choice.

I was looking for an ergonomic mouse and saw that one but the price put me off. In the end I got a logitech trackman. It stays in the one place and you navigate using your thumb. I have found that it has made a huge difference in relieving the pain in my wrist. However I don't play games so I don't know how good it would be in that respect.
