    Hello, I am housesitting for my brother in Portlaoise and his Chorus digital box went haywire on me. I tried to use the remote to fix it and now it is stuck on the main menu. I think I have to reinstall it or something, in my efforts to fix it I tried to restet it, it said do not press OK until instructed by Chorus and guess what, I did it anyway.Then it has network configuration and all sorts of numbers to input. I dont know what to do. I was going to ring chorus but I cant find the appropriate number.
    So somebody help me.
    If this is in the wrong forum, mods move it if you wish.

    Go to UPC.ie get the customer care number. They'll talk you through it.

    No worries. You may be on hold a while but last time something similar happened me, they fixed it in no time.

    They said there is an outage in Portlaoise but I think I messed it up too and did not help me in that regard. Hopefully it'll come back on soon enough.
