Do external companies have to file tax returns?

Scenario: A company is registered here as an 'external' company with a place of business in Dublin. They have employees here, they are paying PAYE and PRSI for those employees. Does the company also have to submit a tax return every year?

Scenario:

A company is registered here as an 'external' company with a place of business in Dublin.

They have employees here, they are paying PAYE and PRSI for those employees.

Does the company also have to submit a tax return every year?
