How do you pronounce aspartame?

I have become accustom to saying as-par-ta-me, but some say as-par-tame.

Anyone want to clear that up for me?

Magic marker ive heard it pronounced both ways but more often pronounced the second way

I would pronounce it as-par-tame.

but by simple deduction of me bein mostly wrong the other way is probably how the majority pronounce it
