ive currently got eircom, the 12 month contract is coming to an end in the next month or two and im thinking about getting something with better speeds,

i will be using it alot for torrents and upc seem to have excellent speeds at a good price,

    so are they reliable?

Well re: torrents you should know that UPC may throttle them depending on your area. So you could end up with even worse speeds.
