Advice on going back to retailer

    Hey all,

Would appreciate advice on going back to a retailer. Bought a Samsung LE32BDX last November.

But recently the picture quality has plummeted, becoming grainy, pixelatted and losing all sharpness from all sources. I have tried every setting under the sun (as covered in http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055337512 and on a thread on avforums).

And I'm still in the same boat. Picture quality is not half of what it used to be and no amount of experimentation with settings is addressing it.

So I want to address it cos it is actively annoying me. But I'm nervous about bringing it back to Curry's. If the tv had stopped working full stop or if there was a big black line through the screen or something, it's pretty straightforward.

But will they just dismiss me and tell me 'that's the way it should be' if I try and bring it back?

    Cheers for all advice.
    Quad
