i had the simliar prob getting my tragus bar out. jsut go to any pericing studio if you get a chance. theyll do it free of charge

Also, you'll be less likely to tear the skin. It's incredibly painful if it gets tugged on I bled quite a bit after taking my own out

Ha I use a pliars to unscrew the balls.
Otherwise I have no hope of getting them off.
I use it on my septum though.
Don't think I would put it near a smiley.
