I'm not sure if this is across the board or up-to-date, but doing a quick search yields this for 2007/8:

    http://www.bankofireland.ie/html/gws/students/third_level/account_for_you/index.html
Student loans at discounted lending rate of 10.8% APR**

** Lending criteria and terms and conditions apply to all applications for credit cards, overdrafts and loans. Applications must be aged 18 or over. Rate quoted is correct as at 14th June 2007 and is subject to change. Grant overdrafts and Travel Loans must be fully repaid within 9 months to avoid interest charges.

Granted that's their sale pitch to get you to join BOI, but I'd imagine it'd be the same. I'd guess the best way to find out would be just to ring up BOI customer services.
