There's a woman there today with the sand dog in front of her..looks cool but a bit like she's mourning a dead dog..

Yep, just looks like a dead dog to me.

Every time I walk past him I get the urge to go over and trample all over the sculpture, like I'm 6 again!

If we all gave him a euro to watch you do it i'm sure he'd have no problem with it :p

Has anyone actually seen him create it ?
Every day it looks the same to me yet he just keeps pretending he's just adding the finishing touches...
I love to see him do it from scratch. He's cheatin if you ask me....

HA! I made the exact same comment to a mate at the weekend when walking past him. Every time I see him he's just putting the last few touches to it. Maybe we're on to something!

I've noticed this aswell, it's always looked complete and he's 'touching up' when I pass...

no, he does start from scratch, but you'd want to be out very early in the morning to see it at that stage.

Its actually pretty cool....though i doubt it'd fair very well in the rain out there this evening;)

He does an elephant also. A sleeping elephant. I never saw them sleeping.

he had a sleeping rhino yesterday, do they sleep aswell?

Yeah, he totally cheats. A few days ago there was a dead cat floating in the canal. Next day he's doing an very similar cat 'sculpture' and the dead cat has gone missing.

He won't tell me where he gets miniature rhinos though, and I even offered him a fiver. Pisses me off.
