Swollen Gland/Lymph Node?

    Regular poster here.

    I know this is not a medical board but I'm totally freaked out.

    I discovered what I believe to be a swollen gland/lymph node in my groin, its pretty painful, but its the only one swollen. I don't have any other symptoms but when I typed it into Google, I got all this really scary stuff like HIV, TB, cancer and loads of really horrible diseases. What does it mean?

    It means you should go to your doctor and get yourself checked out.
