    Heya,

    Im totally clueless when it comes to the whole building area, so any help would be appreciated..

    Im looking to build a house, but Iv absolutally no idea how much it would cost. I know this is kind of like "how long is a piece of string" question!

    I was thinking of a timber framed house. Kingspan have said the timber frame would cost between 20-24 euro per square foot. The house Im thinking of building is about 2337square foot.

    Any idea how much would a builder cost, to do everything else (roof, windows, plumbing, electric's, sepic tank). Im not including the price of the actual site, Iv an idea of the going price for that.

    By the way, Im from Cork if thats any good. Im sure the prices vary from county to county.

    If anyone could shed some light on the subject. :confused:
