red lead paint?.

hi can anyone tell me if redlead paint can still be bought in hardware stores?. as i taught it was no longer for sale due to being very toxic?. looking to paint a lot of steel here,so just wondered is it still for sale,if so where?.

don't think red lead is available anymore,
most good paint shops will have "red oxide"
which is a good substitute.
