Can't update software on my Ipod....?

    It says I'm not connected to the internet when clearly I am as I am posting this? Whats the problem?

    Is that ZoneAlarm you have? Make sure iTunes is a 'trusted' application.

    Yes I h ave Zone alarm

    I clicked it but don't know where to enter itunes as a trusted app?

    I thought it might be zone alarm so i turned it off and then tried but still itunes said I wasn't connected to the internet?

    I can access itunes with no hassle but when I wanna update my ipod software I have the problem?

    Strange ey? Please someone help:rolleyes:

    Its ok I found A forum on the topic here which solved my problem.
