I was on portableapps already searching for something to run on windows.

Notepad++ i have, and i've downloaded MingGW GCC 4/binutils and the win32 api header files..but its not a bundle, yet.

Does anyone know of, or has personally created their own portable development package already??

I need one for programming in C..

    Btw, XAMPP is great

Bloodshed Dev-C++ can be made run OK portably. So will Emacs I think too. I'll dig out where I'd tried doing this and post more if I can find it.
