    Good stuff.

*Note to GAA Boardsies. Some of the above people are not actually Boardsies. Our Beers attract all sorts. :)

Tir Eoghain, you should also post some of your match photographs in another thread here, and probably in a thread in the Photography forum.

I have already posted some in the main photo thread

Ok, no beer in this photo, the beer came later in Kitty Kiernan's.

Here we have Flukey, my friend Roisin, Blackbelt & GAAman (Edit: And loads of other people behind them)

In all my photos here, Blackbelt wears a Dublin jersey before becoming a mod, and once promoted to being a mod, he is now found wearing a Mayo jersey. ;)

Ha...the amount of weight I've lost between the Dublin-Westmeath game and this weekend is shocking.Just goes to show what 6 weeks of dieting, training, playing games and refereeing can do.

Also,LMFAO at picture two with the positioning of the ladies arrow.:pac::o

Sadly, you'll never see me where that Dublin rain jacket again.:(

He couldn't tell A from B and paid the price......

The Beers are always good craic Alany. You should definitely come along. A few of us will be meeting up on Saturday and Sunday next after those matches. Of course the next really big one will be on Saturday August 16th. We'd expect a lot of people to be at that one, both Boardsies and friends. Be sure to be there.

Some not so nice "fans"/troublemakers stole it.

The sun came out and I was roasting so I took it off and put it on the ground and put my foot on it.Something happened on the pitch and I didn't realise I took my foot off it and next thing when I looked down...GONE!!!:mad:

These people were moving from the back down to the front and I know it was one of them.

I have a strong feeling that it was the same people that were involved in that fight at the front of the Hill toward the end.:mad:

I'm starting to go off the Hill as a result of that.I think I'll upgrade my pass to a stand pass next year.

Ha,the pic in Parnell Park we are all pasty faced.I was working at 4am that morning til 12:30 so I looked like death warmed up although it was actually cold that day. That pic was taken just before throw in....it heated up after 8 minutes though.:D:D

In the "Ray (not a boardsie), Mullet, Myself, TirEoghain, Flukey, BlackBelt." photo, it's a case of spot the non-Dub. :) His shirt is kind of blue, but he couldn't bring himself to go the full way.

In the "Blackbelt, Flukey, Gerry, Myself, Gerry Eile" photo we have 2 Dubs and 3 Tyronemen. Of course on August 16th, it will be the Dubs that will be outnumbering the Tyronies, both at the beers and of course on the scoreboard. :)

Don't count ones chickens yet! A repeat of 2005 would be nice. The way the draw is, such a repeat is possible right to the bitter end, with Armagh on the same side of the draw and Kerry on the other..

Ah yes tradition....going to Kavanaghs on Malahide Road used to be traditional for me but I didn't go at the Mayo semi-final and we lost.I also didn't go for last years semi-final and we lost that too.Must go this year if we beat Tyrone and break the curse although third time lucky and all that.:)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,001 ✭✭✭✭Flukey

Yes.:( Unfortunately I learned the hard way. Also, had I catched the little bugger in the act,Mullet and yourself would have had to restrain me from performing a yakuza kick..they hurt.:D

I also should have recited the alphabet before going in.:o....my bad.

You'll be looking to borrow the umpire's white flag to indicate your surrender from the battle. ;)
